The name of this coffee kind of says it all: with an astringent black-tea like acidity, a top note of citrus fruit, and a brown sugar base, this coffee basically tastes like a tea party in your mouth (well, if you ate the cookies and drank the tea simultaneously, at least, and with a more robust mouthfeel). This coffee started as a bit of a darkhorse in our cupping evaluation, but as it rested, we ended up liking it more than the five other options we initially evaluated as more promising in cupping (none of which we ultimately ended up buying and a good reminder that actual brewing beats cupping any day).
Tea Time costs $22. We roasted our most recent batch 04 March, and freshly roasted bags are still available! You can learn more about this roast by clicking here.
