When we’re sourcing coffees, we’re always excited when we find beans that largely have a typical flavor profile but with a little something extra. This Colombian coffee has that – the primary flavor note is cocoa powder, and there’s a hint of red apple snap in the finish. That may not sound that atypical, but it stands out for just how intense that cocoa powder flavor is – if I didn’t know better, I’d assume someone had poured a heaping tablespoon or two of Dutch process cocoa into my coffee. This one’s already become a daily favorite at Nonesuch HQ, as this is the kind of coffee we could drink every single day.
Infinite Cocoa costs $24, but we have sold every bag of our current roast. We’ll announce the next roast of this coffee via our email list, so sign up if you‘d like to receive updates on when we’ll be roasting this coffee again!
