Many of the dried-in-cherry lots we offer at Nonesuch are on the cleaner side; that isn’t the case with this naturally processed coffee from Mexico. With lovely strawberry and sugar tones and a hint of fermented flavor, you won’t mistake this coffee for a washed process one any time soon! All that being said, it’s still incredibly drinkable – when we tried our first cups of this one, we were surprised at how quickly we finished our cups. And in brewing, it’s a much more versatile coffee than we initially expected it to be.
