It’s taken a while, but now – nearly two years after launching Nonesuch – we’re offering a coffee from Ethiopia that isn’t a decaf! Honestly it shouldn’t have been this hard given coffee comes from Ethiopia, and to some extent, I think the absence in our lineup made it harder to launch one since we felt like it needed to be perfect. I’m not sure if this coffee is perfect, but it’s a particularly lovely one – with flavors of jasmine and simple syrup and a hint of mild melon, this is a serene cup that evokes a field of wildflowers on a bright Spring day. And while this coffee was dried in cherry, we find that it has a nice acidity and very little wildness – if you told us it was washed, we probably wouldn’t question it.

Flower Fields costs $23. We roasted our most recent batch 04 March, and freshly roasted bags are still available! You can learn more about this roast by clicking here.
