When I added this coffee to the website, I considered changing the name – Crème Brûlée has a lot of diacritics that I would need to add site support for – but, in the end, the name was a little too perfect for this coffee. I find that my favorite Rwandan washed coffees have a prominent sugar flavor, and this one is no different. With notes of torched sugar and a hint of raspberry acidity, this coffee has a dessert-like quality that we’ve really been enjoying at Nonesuch HQ.

Crème Brûlée costs $23, and we'll be roasting our next batch 01 May.
