This coffee was a very pleasant surprise for us – we don't sample many coffees from Oceania, and they usually aren't among the standouts on the cupping table. This coffee is very much an exception, with the tart fruit-forward flavor we'd more typically expect from Kenyan coffee but with a wonderfully complex honey sweetness underneath that intensifies as the cup cools. We're planning to make pourovers of this one all summer long.
