We’re always excited when we try a coffee that combines flavors in familiar combinations, and this coffee from Tanzania definitely does that! With a strong cherry base, a lime-y zing of acidity in the finish, and a crisp body, this coffee reminds us of a soda-fountain favorite (even if it isn’t exactly the right time of year for it). This is definitely a coffee for pourover brewing, with the balance of flavors excelling with the clarity of that particular brewing method, and the cup is at its best when it’s been given ample time to cool, so we recommend drinking it while absorbed in a conversation (though we drink it in solitude, too!).

Cherry Limeade costs $22, and we'll be roasting our next batch 01 May.
