For the past year, we’ve been working to source a naturally processed coffee from Rwanda, but it took us a while to find the perfect offering. This one is it – with good bittersweet chocolate flavors and undertones of strawberry, we loved drinking this one! This is a rare true medium roast in the lineup – in our first sample roast, we noted a higher-than-intended weight loss percentage, but since the cupping and subsequent brews tasted so good, we kept it in the same spot for our production roast. This coffee is a versatile brewer, but we especially recommend it as espresso – our latte tasted like it had berry infused milk in it!
