We bought this coffee to celebrate Nonesuch Coffee’s first birthday, and it's the perfect coffee for any sort of celebration. With a strong vanilla flavor accented by fudge and even a hint of sweet cherry, it instantly reminded us of an ice cream sundae. The cherry on top (apologies for that!) is that it brews well regardless of the method you choose – opt for an immersion brew for maximum sweetness, espresso for intense vanilla flavor, and a pourover for a surprisingly mellow moderation between the two.

We're calling this coffee a honey anaerobic, which doesn't really do justice to just how much attention was paid to the processing of the coffee. The coffee itself has a wild, complex flavor, but it doesn't have the sharpness we taste in most anaerobics and should please a wide variety of coffee drinkers.

Ice Cream Fundae costs $24, but unfortunately, we have completely sold out of this coffee and won’t be roasting it again.
