Hi! I’m Nathan, the coffee buyer / coffee roaster / packer / ecommerce manager / brand designer / website developer / marketer / copywriter behind Nonesuch Coffee!
I started roasting my own coffee at home during the Coronavirus pandemic when we were all stuck inside with nothing to do (fun times!). I realized I enjoyed roasting coffee, so I learned how to use a commercial roaster and launched Nonesuch Coffee in 2023.
As a coffee buyer and roaster, my goal is to find the best coffees I possibly can and to work on the roasts until I get them juuuuust right. I like to think of coffee as a conversation – one between roasters and producers, between roasters and importers, between roasters and drinkers, and between drinkers and other drinkers (this website was even designed with this in mind!). I’m glad to be sharing that conversation with you.
