This Peruvian coffee is a good everyday drinker with a little extra punch, and (at least in our tests!) it varies wildly depending on how you brew it. Our French press test had typical Peruvian flavor – think toasted brown sugar – along with unexpected lemon acidity, while our pour over had delicate floral tones and hints of stone fruit. To top it off, the espresso had tropical fruit flavors not found in the other brewing methods we tried!
Shapeshifter costs $24, but unfortunately, we have completely sold out of this coffee and won’t be roasting it again.
