This Bolivian coffee is for people who like traditional cups of coffee – think big body and bittersweet chocolate flavors with just a hint of tart cherry acidity (especially in espresso!). The flavor is fairly consistent across brewing methods, but we think it works best for immersion and espresso. Despite being naturally processed (including partial anaerobic fermentation!), it is very approachable, and we think even people who don't typically like naturals will enjoy this one.
